CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements
shareholders are advised of a change to the board of directors (“Board”) as set out
below.
Appointment of Mr Frank Davidson as an independent non-executive director
Mr Frank Davidson has been appointed as an independent non-executive director to
the Board with effect from 1 March 2016.
Frank is a CA (SA) and has diverse business experience at an executive level. We
believe his 25 years of business involvement will add value to our board and
shareholders. Frank is currently involved in a number of other unlisted businesses.
The Board welcomes Frank and looks forward to his contribution as a director of the
Company.
