CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Trans Hex shareholders (“Shareholders”) are advised that Mr Derek Wolstenholme
has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the Company with effect
from 29 February 2016.
Shareholders are further advised that Mr Leon van Schalkwyk (B Tech, FCMA) will
be appointed as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from
1 March 2016.
Mr van Schalkwyk is the Chief Commercial Officer of Northam Platinum Limited.
