Shareholders and interested parties are referred to the
announcement released on SENS on 23 February 2016.
Shareholders are informed by the business rescue practitioner
that the court orders granted by the High Court of South Africa,
Gauteng Local Division, Johannesburg, placing the Company and
its subsidiary, RBA Developments (JHB) Proprietary Limited,
under supervision and commencing business rescue proceedings in
terms of section 131(1) of the Companies Act, 2008 are available
on the Company’s website at www.rbaholdings.co.za alternatively
a copy can be requested from the Company Secretary at
ronelle@rbahousing.com.
