UPDATE TO THE CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Following the announcement released on SENS on 31 December 2015, the board of directors of TCS (“the
Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that the process to find a suitable replacement for Mr Lindikhaya
Sipoyo has not yet been concluded.
Mr Sipoyo is still committed to ensure a seamless transition and will continue to fulfil his duties as Executive
Director and Chief Executive Officer, allowing the Board additional time to find a suitable replacement. The
parties have therefore agreed to extend this process and conclusion is expected by 30 April 2016.
Shareholders will be advised once an appointment has been made.
The parties will also continue to discuss and define Lindikhaya’s continued future involvement as a
specialist consultant to TCS and the terms of this consulting relationship will be concluded in due course.
