CAPITAL OF CAPRICORN FUND MANAGERS PROPRIETARY LIMITED (“CFM SOUTH
AFRICA”) AND CFM MALTA LIMITED (“CFM MALTA”)
Further to the announcement published on 28 January 2016, Anchor is pleased to
advise that all the conditions precedent have been fulfilled. The agreement to
acquire 47.41% of the issued share capital of both CFM South Africa and CFM Malta
(together “CFM Group”) has become unconditional in its terms.
