MEETING OF CREDITORS
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 19 November 2015, and using the
terms defined therein unless otherwise stated, are advised that at the adjourned meeting of creditors
which took place on 29 February 2016, the business rescue practitioners presented the revised Business
Rescue Plan to creditors. Upon the request of creditors, the meeting was further adjourned in terms of
section 152(1)(d) of the Companies Act, 2008 (Act 71 of 2008), as amended, for a period of two weeks
until 14 March 2016 to allow for further revisions to the revised Business Rescue Plan.
