RESIGNATION BY GILIMAMBA MAHLATI AS AN INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
advised that Dr. Gilimamba Mahlati has resigned from the board of directors of Insimbi (“the Board”) with
effect from 31 March 2016 to pursue other business interests. Dr. Mahlati has served as an independent
non-executive director of the Company since 1 January 2009, as the Chairperson of the Social and Ethics
Committee and as a member of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee.
The Board would like to thank him for his contribution to the Group and wishes him well for the future.
