RESULTS OF THE PARTIALLY UNDERWRITTEN RIGHTS OFFER
Shareholders are referred to the circular regarding the partially underwritten rights offer to
Imbalie ordinary shareholders, posted to certificated shareholders on 9 February 2016 and to
dematerialised shareholders on 16 February 2016 (“the circular”), which closed on Friday, 26
February 2016.
The directors are pleased to advise that shareholders and their renouncees applied for
47,618,118 ordinary shares, equivalent to 22.9% of the rights offer shares. In addition
141,666,666 rights offer shares will be taken up by the underwriters (whose details are included
in the circular) resulting in a 90.9% subscription for the rights offer.
The accounts of dematerialised shareholders were updated with their entitlements and debited
accordingly and certificates posted to certificated shareholders on Monday, 29 February 2016.
