VOLUNTARY UPDATE ON SUSPENSION
Shareholders are referred to the previous announcements published on SENS, the last of
which was released on 1 December 2015 advising that on the 17 November 2014,
being the return date for the Rule Nisi in respect of the provisional liquidation order
granted by the North Gauteng High Court on 8 November 2013, the Company was
placed into final liquidation.
The liquidators are accordingly proceeding with the winding up of the Company in the
absence of any other alternatives being presented for consideration and the
Company’s shares accordingly remain suspended on the JSE.
As the Company is currently under cautionary, shareholders are advised to continue to
exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s shares until such time as a further
announcement is made.
