TRADING STATEMENT
In accordance with paragraph 3.4(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, companies are required to inform shareholders as soon as there is
a reasonable degree of certainty that the earnings of the company are
likely to vary by more than 20% compared to the previous reporting period.
Shareholders are hereby advised that the basic and headline loss for the 6
month period ended 31 December 2015 is expected to be R6.0 million,
compared to a basic and headline profit of R0.3 million for the previous
comparable period ended 31 December 2014. This constitutes a 2 100% decline
in basic and headline earnings from the previous period.
The financial information in this trading statement has not been reviewed
and reported on by the Company’s external auditors.
