CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, RMB Holdings Limited (RMH)
advises the following changes to its board of directors:
Mr L Crouse has resigned as non-executive director effective 31 March 2016.
Mr F Knoetze has been appointed to the board of RMH as a non-executive director
effective 1 April 2016. Mr Knoetze is a qualified actuary and holds a B Com (Hons) from
the University of Stellenbosch. Mr Knoetze joined Remgro Limited (Remgro) in 2014. At
Remgro, Mr Knoetze focuses on the company’s interests in the financial services
(insurance and banking) and the sport industries.
