WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on 19 January 2016 and the
announcement of the acquisition of a UK based property portfolio released on 9 February 2016 and are
advised that as all details relating to the acquisition have been announced, shareholders no longer need to
exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s securities.
Atlantic Leaf has its primary listing on The Stock Exchange of Mauritius Limited and a secondary listing on
the AltX of the JSE Limited.
