DISCLOSURE OF SIGNIFICANT HOLDING OF HULAMIN ORDINARY SHARES
In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and
Section 122 of the Companies Act 2008, shareholders are advised of
the following:
Investec Fund Managers SA (RF) Limited has notified the Company
that accounts under its management has increased its holding in
Hulamin and now represents 5.04% of the voting rights in the
Company.
