ADDITIONAL LISTING OF AFRICAPALLADIUM DEBENTURES
Africa ETF has, from commencement of 09 March 2016, issued an additional 2 700 000
AfricaPalladium debentures at an approximate issue price of R85.44 per additional debenture,
following subscriptions in respect of approximately 26,778.784 fine troy ounces of Palladium.
After the additional issue, there will be 61 800 000 AfricaPalladium debentures in issue,
referencing approximately 618,019.860 fine troy ounces of Palladium.
