Further to our announcements dated 17 December 2015 and 27 January 2016 regarding a
non-binding expression of interest to acquire the company, shareholders are advised that
negotiations are still in progress which, if successfully concluded, may have an effect on the price
at which the company's securities trade.
Shareholders are accordingly advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the
company's securities until a further announcement is made.
