Delay in Release of 31 December 2015 Half Year Report
The Waterberg Coal Company Limited (Company) is in voluntary
suspension and will remain so pending the outcome of discussions
/negotiations with third parties regarding refinancing
of the Waterberg Coal Group.
Due to the relative uncertainty of the Company’s corporate
activities it has not been able to satisfactorily progress its
audit reviewed half year report (Report). Consequently, the
Company advises that it will not be in a position to release its
Report by 15 March 2016.
Preparation of the Report is in progress and will be released via
the Company’s ASX portal when the Company’s auditor has completed
their review process.
