FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 27 January 2016 regarding the proposed
acquisition of 4 Croatian shopping centres from Agrokor d.d. and Konzum d.d. (the “acquisition”).
The financial effects of the acquisition will be published in due course.
Tower shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities until a
further announcement is made.
