Shareholders are advised that Mrs Humeira Kazi has resigned as company secretary of Andulela with effect from
7 March 2016 and Ms Gillian Miller has been appointed in this role effective 8 March 2016.
Gillian has completed programmes at the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Southern Africa (“ICSA”). She is
currently the group company secretary and corporate services executive for Buildmax Limited and was previously
employed by KPMG as Senior Governance Consultant. Gillian is also an associate member of the ICSA, and a full
member of the Institute of Internal Auditors.
The board of directors of Andulela wishes Humeira every success in her future endeavours and welcomes Gillian.
