Shareholders are advised that, following the resignation on 31 July 2015 of Ms Leeanne Goliath as company
secretary of ABIL with effect from 31 August 2015, ABIL has received approval from the South African
Reserve Bank to appoint Acorim Proprietary Limited (“Acorim”) as the company secretary of ABIL.
Accordingly, in compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, shareholders are
hereby advised that Acorim has been appointed as ABIL’s company secretary with immediate effect.
