RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Shareholders are advised that Juba Statutory Services (Pty) Ltd, represented by Mrs Sirkien van
Schalkwyk has resigned as the Company Secretary with effect from 9 March 2016.
The Board of Directors thanks Mrs Sirkien van Schalkwyk for her valued contribution to the Company
during her tenure as Company Secretary.
The Company has commenced the process to appoint a new Company Secretary and will advise the
market in due course.
