NOTICE OF A DISPOSAL OF A BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
In accordance with Section 122 of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008, as amended, and
paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby
advised that Trans Hex has received formal notification that Kagiso Asset Management (Pty)
Ltd has disposed of all of its shares in Trans Hex and as a result does not hold any beneficial
interest in the securities of the Company.
