Shareholders are referred to the “proposed delisting and cautionary announcement” released on
SENS on 18 September 2015 and the subsequent renewal of cautionary announcements, the last
of which was dated 29 January 2016.
As the delisting process is ongoing, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution
