TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SHARES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 and regulation 121(2)(b) of the
Companies Act Regulations, 2011, shareholders are advised that Arrowhead has received notification from
Investec Asset Management Holdings Proprietary Limited (“IAM”) of the acquisition by IAM (on behalf of
segregated clients) of that number of Arrowhead shares such that IAM (on behalf of segregated clients) has
increased its holding of Arrowhead’s total issued ordinary shares from 7.1268% to 10.8648%.
