ANNOUNCEMENT: APPOINTMENT OF DAWN EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEMBER
Dawn shareholders are hereby advised that Mr Stephen du Toit, 51, will join the Group on 1 April 2016
as Chief Executive of the Infrastructure Division. Mr Du Toit will be a prescribed officer and a member
of the Dawn Executive Committee.
Mr Du Toit has executive management and relevant industry experience, having served as Southern
Africa delegate and Managing Director of Gyproc and Donn Products, which are construction products
manufacturing businesses within the Saint-Gobain structure, for 15 years.
This appointment will add to the depth of the executive structures of the Group.
