to a possible quarterly distribution to holders of securities in the

Last day to trade cum distribution: Friday, 1 April 2016
Securities trade ex-distribution: Monday, 4 April 2016
Record date: Friday, 8 April 2016
Declaration of the amount to be distributed (if any) and the payment date
will be made within 14 business days after the record date.
