In accordance with section 122(3) (b) of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008 and section 3.83(b) of the
JSE Limited`s Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that the Company has received
formal notification from Midbrook Lane (Pty) Ltd, Protea Asset Management LLC and Conduit Capital
Limited (“Midbrook”) collectively who have notified CMH that they have acquired a beneficial
interest of 4.79% of the total issued shares of CMH from November 2015 to March 2016.
Midbrook’s total interest in the Company now amounts to 15.07% of the total issued shares.
