DISCLOSURE OF CHANGES IN THE HOLDING OF MONTAUK SHARES
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No 71 of
2008, as amended, and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, Montauk shareholders are advised that it has received
formal notification that Mr MJA Golding has reduced his combined
direct and indirect beneficial interest held in the securities of
Montauk by 2,96% to 3,99% through the sale of ordinary shares in the
Company.
