In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and Section 122(1) of the Companies Act,
No 71 of 2008, shareholders are advised that Investec Limited (“Investec”) has notified Netcare that
Investec, on behalf of its clients, acquired a beneficial interest in ordinary shares of the company,
such that the total beneficial interest of Netcare ordinary shares held by Investec is now 5.0751% of
the total issued securities of that class.
