TCTA Switch Bond Auction Reminder – Setting of Yield on source bond
The yield on the WS04, the source bond for this morning’s auction is 7.1730% - the
30 May interpolation (6.9730%) between 1 month Jibar (6.8080%) & 3 month Jibar
(7.0420%) this morning plus 20 basis points.
It is a single price (Dutch) auction and will be done at the lowest price of all
allocated bids.
TCTA invites investors to switch their holdings of its WS04 (12.50%; 30 May 2016)
bond for its WSP5 (9.00% 28 May 2021) bond.
Both bonds carry an explicit RSA government guarantee.
