NOTICE OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN TRANSACTION CAPITAL LIMITED
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 (as amended), and
paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that
the company received formal notification that Old Mutual PLC (“Old Mutual”) had, in aggregate,
disposed of a beneficial interest in the company such that Old Mutual held 9.93% of the issued
ordinary share capital of the company.
Subsequently, the company received formal notification that Old Mutual had, in aggregate, acquired
a further beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of the company, such that the total beneficial
interest in the company held by Old Mutual now amounts to 10.04% of the total issued ordinary
share capital of the company.
