RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that AJ Rothman has resigned as Chief Executive Officer
(“CEO”) and director of RBA with effect from 17 March 2016. AJ will be consulting
to RBA for a minimum period of six months to ensure that proper handover takes
place to a new CEO.
Des Hughes has been appointed as the acting CEO until a suitable candidate for
the position has been found. Des has over 40 years’ experience in the development
industry, the last 18 years with Basil Read.
The board of directors would like to thank AJ for his contribution to the Company
and Group and wishes him success in his future endeavours.
