CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS - APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with Section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of directors of
MICROmega (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Donald Passmore (“Donald”) has been
appointed as an independent non-executive director of MICROmega and member of the Audit Committee,
with immediate effect.
Donald is a Chartered Accountant and has over 38 years of experience in industry. He has held various
executive positions over the years and is currently the Managing Director of Zenergy South Africa.
The Board welcomes the opportunity to have a new independent non-executive director with Donald’s
extensive commercial expertise and looks forward to his contribution to the Company.
