EU Competition Commission’s kraft paper and industrial bags sector inspections
The European Commission issued a statement on 16 March 2016 about unannounced
inspections at several companies in the kraft paper and industrial bags sector.
Mondi was not affected by an inspection at any of its premises.
Mondi is committed to complying with all applicable competition laws and is not aware of
any contravention of the relevant legislation.
