CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, notification is hereby
given that, following Mr Shaun Beecroft’s resignation as
Executive Director and Financial Director on 23 March 2016,
the Board of Directors (“Board”) have appointed Mr Bryan
Groome as Executive Director and Acting Financial Director
with effect from 23 March 2016.
The Board have satisfied themselves that Mr Groome (CA(SA))
has the appropriate expertise and experience to serve in an
Acting Financial Director capacity until the vacancy
position for the Financial Director and Executive Director
on the Board is filled.
