PROPOSED SHARE DEALING
SABMiller plc (the “Company”) has been informed by Mr Alan Clark, Chief Executive Officer and a
director of the Company, that he intends to exercise 100,000 outstanding share options prior to the
expiry of such options and the start of the Company’s upcoming close period. A proportion of the
shares to which Mr Clark will be entitled upon such exercise will be sold in order to cover
subscription costs and applicable taxes.
