Noteholders are advised of MTN Holdings (Pty) Ltd imminent plans to convert the company
from a private to public entity. This conversion will be lodged accordingly with The Companies
and Intellectual Property Commission (“CIPC”), following which the company’s name will be
amended to Mobile Telephone Networks Holdings Limited. (“MTN Holdings Ltd”).
Details of the conversion, amended company registration number and name change will be
announced as soon as this has been effected by CIPC.
