Limited and SASFIN Bank
Affected persons are advised that the Business Rescue Practitioners
(“the BRPs”) have reached a settlement on acceptable terms with Sasfin
Bank Limited (“Sasfin”), in respect of the legal action instituted by
the BRPs to recover penalties imposed on the Company due to the early
termination of a loan facility.
Both Sasfin and the Company are satisfied that this matter is now
resolved.
