DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE SLM SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for SANLAM LTD and that as a result of the
dividend declaration relating to SANLAM LTD (SLM) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have
declared a dividend amount of 245 cents per SLMNIL share instalment that is payable on Monday, 11
April 2016. The dividend is subject to a local tax of 15 per cent. This results in a net dividend of
208.25 cents per share instalment. The final payment will be rounded to two decimal places.
The last day to trade cum-dividend is Friday, 1 April 2016. The Share Instalment will commence
trading ex-dividend from Monday, 4 April 2016. The record date will be Friday, 8 April 2016.
SANLAM LTD's income tax number is 9536/346/84/5.
