RESIGNATION OF INDEPENDENT NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In terms of rule 3.59 of the JSE Listing Requirements, shareholders are advised that Mr R
Tomlinson has informed the Board of his intention to resign as an independent non
executive director of Balwin with effect from 31 March 2016.
Rex’s decision to resign is as a result of his wish to accept an offer to take up the opportunity
as Group Executive of Old Mutual Plc in London.
The Board of Balwin would like to thank him for his contribution to Balwin since its listing on
the JSE Limited and we extend our best wishes to him in his future endeavours.
