In compliance with section 3.22 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised as follows:
No change statement
Further to Brimstone's reviewed results for the year ended 31 December 2015,
published on 29 February 2016, the Integrated Report for the year ended 31 December
2015 and notice of annual general meeting was dispatched to shareholders on 29 March
2016. The Integrated Report contains no material modifications to the aforementioned
published reviewed results.
The Integrated Report is also available on the Company’s website
(www.brimstone.co.za).
Annual general meeting
The annual general meeting of Brimstone shareholders will be held at 19:00 on Monday,
9 May 2016 at Old Mutual Business School, Presentation Room, West Campus Building,
Jan Smuts Drive, Pinelands, Cape Town to transact the business as stated in the notice
of annual general meeting forming part of the Integrated Report.
The record date in terms of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008, for shareholders to be
recorded on the securities register of the Company in order to be able to attend,
participate and vote at the annual general meeting is Friday, 29 April 2016.
