CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with Section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings requirements, HCI shareholders are
advised that the following change has been made to the composition of the HCI Board of
Directors:
Mr Leslie Maasdorp has resigned as a director of HCI and member of the audit committee with
immediate effect due to his relocation to China. The Board thanks Leslie for his invaluable
contribution to the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
