STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Posting of Integrated Annual Report
Shareholders are advised that the Company’s Integrated Annual
Report, containing the summary annual financial statements for
the year ended 31 December 2015, was posted to shareholders on
31 March 2016. The Integrated Annual Report, together with the
group annual financial statements, was also made available on
the Company’s website, www.libertyholdings.co.za, on the same
day. There are no changes to the provisional annual financial
statements released on SENS on 26 February 2016.
The Company’s auditors, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., have
audited the results and the annual financial statements of the
Liberty Holdings group and their unqualified report is available
for inspection at the registered offices of Liberty Holdings.
Notice of the Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Notice is hereby given that the 48th AGM of Liberty Holdings’
shareholders will be held on the Fourth Floor, Liberty Life
Centre, 1 Ameshoff Street, Braamfontein, Johannesburg, 2001 on
20 May 2016 at 09:00, to transact the business as stated in the
notice of the AGM. The notice of the AGM was posted to
shareholders simultaneously with the Integrated Annual Report
and is also available on the Company’s website.
The record date on which a person must be registered as a
shareholder in the register of the Company for purposes of being
entitled to vote at the AGM is Friday, 13 May 2016, accordingly,
the last date to trade for the AGM is Friday, 6 May 2016.
