CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the Johannesburg Stock
Exchange (“JSE”), Anchor Group wishes to announce the retirement of David Rosevear as
a director. He has served as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) since 1 January 2015.
The Board of Anchor Group wishes to thank Mr Rosevear for the valuable role he has
played in the development of the Group, particularly with his assistance with the various
acquisitions over the period. Mr Rosevear has made himself available to consult to the
company on an on-going basis.
The role of acting CFO will be filled by Omair Khan, CA (SA), who has been responsible for
the day-to-day financial affairs of the company since prior to the listing in September
2014. A permanent appointment will be made in due course.
