APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with rule 3.59 of the Listing Requirements the
following is advised:
Mr. Andrew Barry Crocker (Andy) has been appointed as an
executive director of Astral Foods with effect from 1 April
2016.
Mr. Crocker currently serves as the Managing Director of
Astral’s Feed Division. He joined Astral in 1998 as a
technical advisor, later becoming the Chief Operating Officer
for the Eastern Cape before heading up the formation of the
Cape Region in 2010 as Chief Operating Officer responsible for
the Paarl, Ladismith and Port Elizabeth operations.
