CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that, effective 4 April 2016, independent non-executive director, David Brown, has resigned from the
board of directors of Stenprop (“the board”) and Peter Hughes has been appointed as an independent non-executive director in
his stead.
Peter founded Apex Fund Services Ltd, a global fund business administration in September 2003. Under his leadership the
company has grown rapidly and today has assets under administration of c.USD30 billion with 34 offices in 26 countries. Peter
has over 20 years of experience in the financial services sector, having qualified as a chartered accountant in 1994. He is a
fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and currently resides in Bermuda.
The board thanks David for his contribution to the company and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
