Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement issued on 1 February 2016 relating to
Sygnia Limited’s (“Sygnia”) acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Gallet Group
Employee Benefits Proprietary Limited (“Gallet”). Shareholders are advised that all the
conditions precedent have been fulfilled and that the agreement to acquire Gallet has become
unconditional.
