Appointment of Joint Company Secretary
Tawana Resources NL wishes to advise that Ms Melanie Li was appointed as Joint Company
Secretary of the Company effective 1 April 2016.
Melanie has over 6 years’ experience in the mining industry. She commenced her career at ASX-
listed Tanami Gold NL where she qualified as a chartered accountant. She is currently the Financial
Controller of the Company and also the Financial Controller of Helix Resources Ltd.
Melanie has recently completed the Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance with the
Governance Institute of Australia (formerly known as Chartered Secretaries Australia).
