of the Companies Act 71 of 2008, shareholders are advised that Mr Ivor Berger has
acquired additional preference shares, thereby increasing his beneficial interest
in Liberty preference shares from 5.02% as disclosed on 29 November 2013 to 10.08%,
being 1,511,997 shares.
