RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the previous announcements released on SENS, the last of
which was released on 17 February 2016, in respect of the winding up of BioScience.
The liquidators are proceeding with the winding up of the Company in the absence of
any other alternatives being presented for consideration.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in
the Company’s shares until such time as a further announcement is made.
