DISCLOSURE OF BENEFICIAL INTERESTS IN SECURITIES
In accordance with paragraph 3.83 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and Section 122(1) of
the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008, shareholders are advised of the following notifications received
by Netcare –
(1) Old Mutual Investment Group (Pty) Ltd (“Old Mutual”), on behalf of its clients, disposed of
ordinary shares of the company, such that the total beneficial interest of Netcare ordinary
shares held by Old Mutual is now 4.99% of the total issued securities of that class; and
(2) Investec Asset Management Holdings (Pty) Ltd (“Investec”), on behalf of its segregated
clients, acquired a beneficial interest in ordinary shares of the company, such that the total
beneficial interest of Netcare ordinary shares held by Investec is now 5.0570% of the total
issued securities of that class.
